Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling is $9 for all orders totaling under $150 in the continental USA. For orders of $150 or more, shipping and handling is free. All packages are shipped from Chicago, IL. At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the continental USA.
Shipping and Processing
In-stock merchandise ships within 1-2 business days. Weekend orders are processed the next business day. Standard Delivery orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and generally will arrive in 3-5 business days. Occasionally items ordered at the same time are shipped separately.
Backordered Items
If an item on your order is marked “backordered” the entire order will be held until all items return to stock. If you would like us to split the order and ship the items separately you can request we do that by emailing us at shop@allyuspa.com . If an item is out of stock and that information was not provided to you on the website, we will email you with additional information on availability.
Credit Card Security and Personal Privacy
We understand your need for privacy and protection of your personal information. Our credit card processing is encrypted and protected through PayPal SSL certification and your personal information will not be sold or given to any outside party.
Returns & Exchanges
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact us shop@allyuspa.com or call 312-755-1313 and we will be glad to arrange a return or exchange.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for other reasons, unopened items may be returned within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or credit (excluding shipping and processing fees).
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
Enclose a copy of your invoice or Packing Slip with your return.
Please include a detailed note explaining the reason for the return and send returns and exchanges to:

Carefully repackage the merchandise. Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D., and original shipping & processing charges are not refundable. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise.
