As part of the City of Chicago’s improvements along the river, the Chicago Avenue bridge is closed as of September 29, 2025. Guests traveling from the west may need additional travel time or an adjusted route to reach Allyu—please plan ahead so you can arrive relaxed and on time for your full service.Â

Location
Our address is 600 W Chicago Ave. We are located on the riverwalk level of the building at the northwest corner of the Chicago Ave/Larrabee St intersection. Our entrance is on the plaza along Larrabee.
Parking
Parking is available at both the garage at 811 N Larrabee (across from our entrance) and 950 N Kingsbury (at the end of our building). If parking in the Kingsbury Garage, please take the elevator to the riverwalk and access us from that level near the Chicago Ave bridge. We validate parking for $4 up to 3 hours. Beyond 3 hours, parking rates return to regular garage rates of $10-$24 for up to 12 hours. These garages can fill to capacity during business hours. Please allow plenty of time for parking. Taxis and public transportation are also readily available.
Entrance
Our main entrance is located directly across the street from the 811 N Larrabee Garage. Please enter at the lit Riverwalk awning on the plaza and take the escalator down. You can also access the spa through the revolving doors at the office entrance of the building, straight through the lobby following directional signage.
Donation Requests
Donation requests can be submitted to [email protected] . Due to the marked increase in donation requests, we are unable to contribute to all causes. You can expect a response within one week of receipt of your request if we are able to donate. We do ask that you respectfully refrain from phone calls regarding potential donations.
